You know the move. You reach for your phone, the bag has slid round behind your ribs, and you're dragging it back to the front one-handed while still walking. Or riding. Every few minutes, all day.
That happens because a sling hangs from one shoulder. There is nothing holding the bottom of it.
This is a chest rig. It straps at four points and it stays put.
Two adjustable shoulder straps go over the top and two side straps pull it in at the bottom, all four on quick-release buckles. Once it's set, the bag sits flat and square on your chest and stays there while you ride, walk, bend or climb. Your phone and keys are in front of you the whole time, not somewhere behind your elbow.
The only part touching you is a shield of breathable mesh across the back panel, so it doesn't sit against you like a flat slab of nylon on a warm day.
The front has three ways in. A full-width zip runs across the top for your phone and wallet. Below it sits a flap pocket on a quick-release buckle, and beside that a zip pocket faced with webbing loops. A small round port on the main pocket lets an earphone lead out with the zip still closed.
Across that webbing there's a hook-and-loop field and a carabiner already clipped on. Keys go on the carabiner, on the outside, where you find them by feel instead of by digging.
It measures 33 cm across and 24 cm high. Enough for a phone, a wallet, keys, a power bank and a snack. Not so much that you're wearing a pack to go to the shops.
Everything in front of you. And it stays there.
